Who we are

This website and THE POLYTECH ebook are provided by MOJERE AUGUSTA ("we", "us"). When you buy from this site, your contract is with MOJERE AUGUSTA.

By using this website or buying a product, you agree to these terms.

The product

THE POLYTECH: The Secret to Genius Prompting is a digital ebook delivered as PDF and Word downloads. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the files.

Acceptable use

No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
No infringing our or anyone else's intellectual property.
No interfering with the site's security, including malware, probing or scraping.

AI tools on this site

Some pages use AI to produce text and puzzles. You are responsible for your prompts and for checking outputs before relying on them. Outputs may be inaccurate and are not professional advice. Do not use the tools for illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes or malware, or to get around their safeguards. We may filter outputs, remove content and restrict access when these rules are broken. If you believe content infringes your rights, email depolytech@outlook.com.

Intellectual property

We own the website, the ebook, The Polytech Method and all related branding and content.

Service

We do not guarantee the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Card payments, billing, tax and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Bank transfer orders are paid directly to us, and we handle them ourselves.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access if you seriously breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly break our policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
