How to request a refund

Card orders: refunds are handled by our payment provider, Paddle. Visit paddle.net, or email depolytech@outlook.com.

Paystack, bank transfer and Bitcoin orders: email depolytech@outlook.com with your order reference within the same 30-day window and we refund you directly.

Bank transfer orders: email depolytech@outlook.com with your name and transfer reference. We will return the money to your account.
