Who is responsible

MOJERE AUGUSTA is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

What we collect and why

• Name, email and message from the collaboration form: to reply to your inquiry (legitimate interests).
• Name, email and transfer reference for bank transfer orders: to confirm payment and deliver the ebook (contract).
• Order records and status: to deliver downloads and handle refunds (contract, legal obligation).
• Prompts you type into the AI tools: to generate a response. We do not use them to identify you (legitimate interests).
• Basic technical data such as IP address and device details: for security and to prevent fraud (legitimate interests).

The ID-lock selfie feature runs only on your device. Your photo is never uploaded.

Who we share data with

• Hosting, database, email and AI service providers that run the site for us.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for card sales, payments, tax and invoicing.
• Paystack, for service orders you choose to pay through Paystack (your email and payment details).
• The public Bitcoin network and mempool.space, to confirm Bitcoin payments (your transaction ID).
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Inquiries are kept for up to 2 years. Order records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict how it is used, or to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Email depolytech@outlook.com and we will reply within one month.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and private storage for paid files.

Cookies

We use only the essential browser storage the site needs to work. We do not use advertising cookies.
